I used to use a liquid remover with cotton pads but tried this to save money on cotton pad. Plus I think I was rubbing to hard to get waterproof mascara off but this works wonders. I just need the smallest amount to get the mascara off. And I think it's more travel friendly than the liquid. Buying more to stock up.

I have bought two jars of this stuff and love it it makes my face feel so good after I use it once the week I even use it as a mask I'll leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes and take it off and then my face is so pretty and shining and healthy I can't say enough good things about this stuff

I have mature skin, and I am learning that certain acids (hyaluronic, vitamin C, etc) are things that my face needs. One of the main active ingredients in this one is Vitamin C (citric acid) and I can tell it is brightening up my skin. I love the fragrance-free formula and it is the first step of my makeup removal process. I would give it more stars if I could.

Nice balm. Gets waterproof mascara off with ease. No scent. Does brighten my under eyes with the vit c! I have sensitive skin and haven't noticed any extra breakouts.

I needed something that would take off my waterproof mascara whilst washing my face. This does the trick just and leaves my face feeling soft and clean.

A very good product that makes facial cleansing easier.

This product works very well to remove makeup. The smell is okay. I feel it was a little pricey but you do get a lot of product and only have to use a very small amount at a time. My only complaint is that it leaves my skin feeling like it has lotion on it. So makes me worry it will clog my pores and cause breakouts. But so far so good!

While this product does work well to remove even waterproof makeup the smell is terrible and it lingers on the skin even after a second cleanse with a foaming face cleanser.

Bought this item to help take off my waterproof mascara. I've used a cleansing balm before so thought I'd try this but it wasn't in anyway similar. This product was a different texture,, it reminded me of melted butter then resoludified. It doesn't work on waterproof mascara, I've continually tried it but end up getting it in my eyes which burn and fog over due to getting in them. It doesn't smell good. I won't be repurchasing.
