Garnier SkinActive Erase It All Makeup Cleansing Balm Vitamin C, Face Cleanser, 4.2 oz

I've tried quite a few makeup removers over the years, but this Garnier SkinActive Erase It All Makeup Cleansing Balm has quickly become one of my favorites. The balm has a smooth, silky texture that melts into the skin and effortlessly dissolves makeup, even long-wearing foundation, waterproof mascara, and eyeliner. It leaves my face feeling clean, soft, and hydrated instead of dry or tight like many cleansers do. A little goes a long way, so the container should last quite a while, making it a great value for the price. I also love that it rinses off easily without leaving behind a greasy residue. The added Vitamin C is a nice bonus and leaves my skin looking fresh and healthy after each use. If you're looking for a gentle but effective cleansing balm that removes makeup quickly while keeping your skin moisturized, I would definitely recommend giving this one a try. I will absolutely be purchasing it again!

I used to use a liquid remover with cotton pads but tried this to save money on cotton pad. Plus I think I was rubbing to hard to get waterproof mascara off but this works wonders. I just need the smallest amount to get the mascara off. And I think it's more travel friendly than the liquid. Buying more to stock up.

I have mature skin, and I am learning that certain acids (hyaluronic, vitamin C, etc) are things that my face needs. One of the main active ingredients in this one is Vitamin C (citric acid) and I can tell it is brightening up my skin. I love the fragrance-free formula and it is the first step of my makeup removal process. I would give it more stars if I could.

I have bought two jars of this stuff and love it it makes my face feel so good after I use it once the week I even use it as a mask I'll leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes and take it off and then my face is so pretty and shining and healthy I can't say enough good things about this stuff

Nice balm. Gets waterproof mascara off with ease. No scent. Does brighten my under eyes with the vit c! I have sensitive skin and haven't noticed any extra breakouts.

This product works very well to remove makeup. The smell is okay. I feel it was a little pricey but you do get a lot of product and only have to use a very small amount at a time. My only complaint is that it leaves my skin feeling like it has lotion on it. So makes me worry it will clog my pores and cause breakouts. But so far so good!

I have only started using this product this week and am happy with the ease of applying to my face and the effectiveness of the removal of make-up. I don't feel as hydrated afterwards as I thought I would if using a balm. The texture is nice and although I haven't been using it for long, there is a noticeable brightness. However, is it supposed to have a smell of what I would describe as out of date oil based products? There doesn't appear to have a use by date anywhere on the container and not a citrus scent.

While this product does work well to remove even waterproof makeup the smell is terrible and it lingers on the skin even after a second cleanse with a foaming face cleanser.

Bought this item to help take off my waterproof mascara. I've used a cleansing balm before so thought I'd try this but it wasn't in anyway similar. This product was a different texture,, it reminded me of melted butter then resoludified. It doesn't work on waterproof mascara, I've continually tried it but end up getting it in my eyes which burn and fog over due to getting in them. It doesn't smell good. I won't be repurchasing.
