A SEE THROUGH WATER LIKE TEXTURE WHICH IS EXCELLENT FOR REMOVING YOUR MAKEUP. NO OIL TRACES OR TIGHTNESS (MY PET HATE). IT'S SO SOOTHING AND HYDRATING WHILST GETTING THE WHOLE DAY'S MAKEUP GONE YAY. REALLY EASY TO USE,GRAB A COTTON WOOL PAD,THEN ADD YOUR PREFERRED AMOUNT THEN START MASSAGING INTO YOUR SKIN. GRIME AND MAKEUP GONE. I LOVE THIS MICELLAR WATER AND REALLY LOVE THIS CHOICE.

i like witch hazel better however this priduct did a good job. no overbearing scent nor greasy feel on your face after using it.
Perfect for that hard to remove make-up, and it's not oily. There really isn't much of a scent. It's a clean, hydrating kind of cleanser. It definitely does not dry the skin out.
This product does remove most makeup however the skin is left with a film of oil and residue. You will need a towel or cotton ball to apply, then soap and water to release the residue from the pours, then another towel to dry your skin, so it's not as simple of application as one might be lead to believe. This is a cheaper version of Cliniques make up remover and it does not work as well as Clinique. However it sorta works and is easier to obtain. I will say it works a lot better than the Equate version so worth it to not buy the generic.
I have oily skin so I bought this one after trying the blue capped one last year. It is absolutely terrible! My face has broken out with tiny little bumps, all over. This has never happened before with a micellular cleanser. I feel like a bumpy toad after using this product. Definitely would want my money back.
They say not oil based, but it is very oily. I have shaken it a few times & oil has separated from water and just makes my face a greasy mess, I have only had this product for 1 month. I contacted them online & get only AI response. So not helpful.
I used to buy the travel size which worked okay at removing waterproof mascara. Finally I bought the regular size and it is complete garbage. It does not remove waterproof mascara whatsoever (its basically trying to remove mascara with water).... There is not enough oil base to break down the mascara even when leaving the cotton pad to sit on the eye for about 30 seconds to a minute. In addition, this has stung my eyes so many times. There are so many other drugstore alternatives that work better. Do not waste your money.
Used this product in hopes that something would get my mascara off with ease...instead I'm left with painful and swollen eyes, as well as incredibly dry patches of skin around my eyes. Would not recommend this product to anyone, as no one should have to go through this. Absolute waste of money, and left with long term affects that hinder my day to day.
You know when you have to use a micellar water to remove another one because it's so oily it's unbearable? Bad job on this one Garnier. And on top of that, you realise what a bad job it did with all the residue you find *after using this product. Hugh...
