In the past, I have used makeup remover wipes. I suggest you look in the mirror when doing this because you will see that your skin is being pulled. I now use this wonderful product with a cosmetic pad. You will find that it easily removes mascara. This product is much better than makeup remover wipes.

I love this product. It works on all of my make up, easily removing everything including eyelash glue! The best part about it is that it doesn't burn my eyes. For me, it is impossible to remove eye make up without at least a little getting in my eyes. It works without harsh ingredients, and it doesn't leave behind a greasy residue. On the flip side, it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry, and rough either. I have been using this product for several years now, and I still have no complaints.

I have very bad rosacea and I cant even use soap and water on my face. I actually use this product day and night instead of washing. I use a pad and wipe my shoe face down, even my eyes. No allergic reaction, no redness, just clean.

My loved one %26 I both use this, and it keeps both our facial skin glowing, looking radiant and dewy, younger, softer, brighter, and every good thing you want for you facial skin to convey! And we are ancient. lol. I used this Garnier product to replace my now outdated Neutrogena fragrance %26 alcohol free toner in the blue squirt bottle. I'm so glad you carry it here on walmart.com's ecommerce site. It's used first thing in the morning in my regimen, before I apply my moisturizer. My concealer %26 makeup just glide right over my skin and the result is beyond satisfying! The scent of rosewater micellar water is mild and pleasant, with a soft, liquid texture. Thank you! I also love the price point, as one bottle lasts our household two months of daily use. Couldn't ask for a better mild cleanser %26 toner that keeps my sensitive skin (easy breakouts from skincare products) for daily use!

I struggle to find something that removes makeup without irritating my skin. I finally have found my tried and true. Even tried switching to the off brand version. My eyes were immediately irritated with the off brand. Quickly reordered another bottle of this. Does not make me breakout or make my eyes cry!

Saturate a cotton ball and hold it on closed eyes for 10-15 seconds. Then gently wipe away all trace of even waterproof mascara and eye makeup. Saturate another cotton ball and gently wipe away all foundation, moisturizer, sunscreen, and the day's dirt and environmental pollution. Leaves skin feeling clean , fresh, never tight or dry. I wear contacts and Micellar Water does not leave eyes greasy or contacts with a blurry film. Love this product for removal of makeup!

I was a hater for a long time... "it's water," I would think to myself.... then I got some for my tween daughter because I wanted something gentle on her skin. I tried it myself, and now I'm a believer! Just drip a little on a microfiber face cleansing pad, and you have visibly clean and hydrated skin! It doesn't leave behind any residue, it doesn't sting your eyes or face, and it's extremely easy to use! I am going to order a couple of the other kinds for my older skin. This is 100% something we'll keep around! Move over, overpriced skin care products that dry out your face and leave it sticky! I don't even need to use lotion after using this stuff! It's amazing. I'm just going to call it Miracle Water!

I've benefited from micellar cleansing water that was used on wounds. So, I was excited to try this new version—with vitamin c, which has always been good to my skin—for my face. It does a good job of facial cleansing; however, it doesn't work as well as the original product on removing eye makeup. It also seems to leave a slight “sticky” film on my face. I'll finish using this vitamin C version; but, I'll go back to the original version next time.

It's ok. I was hoping this would be similar to the Neutrogena I've used for a while, but it doesn't remove my mascara as well. It takes a lot more on the cotton ball so not saving money really. And, I have to rub a little more, which in my 50's is a bit rough on the delicate eye skin. Also, when I wake up in the morning, I have residue below my eyes from where it apparently did not remove all the mascara! Not bad, but will not be purchasing again unless options are limited.

So you're supposed to wet a cotton pad with this stuff and wipe it all over your face to remove your makeup without the need for water. Well, you wet the cotton pad, wipe it on your face, and your makeup does melt but it still stays on your face. Further wiping just pushes the liquid makeup around and it still won't come off. I have to use more cotton pads to actually get the stuff off my face which seems very wasteful to me. I feel like this stuff never really comes off and there is still old liquid makeup on my skin.
