Garrett Popcorn Shops, Garrett Mix, 6 oz

Had a taste test for gourmet popcorn over Christmas and this won hands down. We used to stand in the long line for this in downtown Chicago. It is not as good as the fresh which has to be tasted to believe but this package version is still better than anything else out there.

You thought you were going to have to buy a plane or train ticket to go back to Chicago to get some of this goodness back in your life. Thankfully, obtaining some of this sweet nectar of the gods has become infinitely easier - and cheaper. The only thing missing is the warmth of getting it fresh from the popper. This will certanly do the trick until I can justify a layover in ORD... or a trip to the Friendly Confines.

I have purchased this popcorn several times. I enjoyed it because of the heavy cheese on the popcorn. However, the last 2 bags were disappointing, the cheese was so light I had to check the bag to make sure that I ordered correctly thinking maybe I ordered carmel and buttered popcorn mix. Nope, it stated cheese. I will not be ordering again.

As a big fan of Garrett Popcorn, I was highly disappointed with this product. It tasted nothing like the popcorn you get in the shop or that you can have shipped to you. The cheese popcorn was not cheesy, and the caramel lacked the buttery flavor I'm used to. This may be good for some folks who like a blander Chicago Mix, but I won't be buying this again and I don't recommend it

If you're wanting that real Garrett Chicago cheesy popcorn taste they missed the MARK is salty very salty and that you don't have that cheesy taste at all! Sad, disappointed' ☹️ not sure if you can tell, but not very much in the bag. It's more like a snack size bag, and a large size bag.

I'm going to try to keep this as short as possible. I'm from Chicago and moved out here to Ohio. I saw these, and I was just so excited, opened the bag, and put some popcorn in my mouth. This tastes absolutely nothing like Garrett's in Chicago. It just tastes like some normal cheese and caramel popcorn. And I was so disappointed because why does the outside of the bag say Garrett's, a Chicago tradition, if it's not going to taste just like Garrett's? That's false advertising. I will never recommend anybody to try these, because I feel like that's just a way for them to make more money, because they know people will try them just because of the name. But when I tell you, these taste absolutely nothing like the real deal, try for yourself if you want to, but I wouldn't waste my money. I feel scammed.

After having order Garrett’s popcorn directly from Chicago, I was saddened by the unrecognizable taste with my recent purchase through Walmart. I do not recommend ordering Garrett’s popcorn from anywhere else except directly from their location in Chicago.

Sorry, I didn't expect to get the actual popcorn from Chicago; but these are very awful unfortunately. The caramel tastes burnt, and the cheese taste stale to flat out nasty. Hard pass.

Extremely disappointing. Have had Garrett Popcorn straight from zvhicago and it was amazing, so when I saw it in Walmart in Fredericksburg VA. I just had to buy some. The carmel was great and the cheddar tasted off. I was shocked to say the least. I returned the 3 unopened bags to Walmart. i guess Garrett saves their best for Chicago.

My popcorn bag was opened inside of the package. It was left on my porch because I was not home and it got filled with ants. I went to the app to try to get a replacement and the AI assist said that I did not have to return the damaged bag for sanitary reasons so I opted for replacement and I never received the replacement.
