Could use a little more padding in neck area.

Recliner sets to low, very hard for elderly people to get in and out of. Very narrow seat back has no cushion. Might be ok for children.Not a Happy Camper.

I will update this once the issues have been resolved. The transaction was easy and smooth, shipping was fast. Once the chair arrived, I unboxed it carefully, got the instructions and started assembly once I got to the step where you have to pull the handles on the arm to extend them and lock them into place. The first one did exactly as it was designed, the second one as soon as I pulled the handles they pulled out of the arm itself, so now the arm cannot be locked in the extended position. To be fair, I have contacted the manufacturer and they are working with me right now. I will update this review once this is all resolved.

Warning – This is NOT an oversized extra-large big man's chair! I look like the smiling large man in the ad and I don't fit!! My 5'9”, 150-pound godson sat in the chair the very first night and even he said it felt tight. • My head doesn't reach the back of the chair. • It sits so low to the ground that standing up is almost impossible. • The listed seat width is 21 inches, but I measured only 18 inches between the cushions – that's airplane-seat sized! • True big man's chairs are at least 25 inches wide or more. This one is undersized for even a small, regular chair. After seven weeks of going back and forth, I've had no success returning it. Walmart.com was no help because it's a Marketplace item, and the seller, Garvee, demanded I pay shipping to return it. Walmart.com eventually told me to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Bottom line: This chair is not as advertised, and the Walmart Marketplace Guarantee is a fairy tale. If you want a real big man's chair, look for products sold AND fulfilled by Walmart, not through a marketplace seller.
