I havent seen inside the box yet it is a gift for my son in law to help me cut some limbs.

the saw works great,it needed adjustment almost immediately. However the saw is light and has great power to I would definitely recommend it for small quick jobs.

I did not receive the Garwinner. They sent a different brand, its a Dereal. I was told by walmart customer service it was a comparable unit. However, the bar is narrower, seems a vit flimsier, and seems a bit too tapered at the tip for doing any kind of plunge cut. It smokes like crazy with a premixed 50:1. I am assuming it had a 25:1 when it was tested. I do know it was run, evident of the spark plug being fouled beyond cleaning. This may be a decent saw. However, it needs serious tunning and refinment and a different bar and chain, which I am going to have to purchase separately and at an additional expense. Walmart customer service did take care of me and refunded me the full purchase amount. They told me to keep the unit due to the Garwinner no longer being available at the time of the call. If I had been contacted, even by an AI, I would have canceled the purchase and went a different route. Per walmarts customer service policies, the route taken by them is good enough. Next time, I will be buying from a brand dealer, not a soulless box store. Even if it does cost me a bit more, I am willing to pay for more personalized customer service and peace of mind.

first time used about 15 minutes i turned it off and now it will not re start need to return or find a warranty repair shop
