the pills are huge. I didn't dare to swallow a whole one. I splitted it, and even half a pill is unpleasent to swallow. you FEEL it whrn it goes dowm your throat. Not to mention, that each pill contain only 325 dose. you have to swallow at least 6-9 halfs, one by one, for each serve. My previously bought product, I swallowed 3 pills together, in one water sip.
