The muli vitamin is good. The calcium however...got to take 6 pills a day. 3 in the morning and 3 at night to get the 1500mg needed daily. I went with the patch for my calcium and D3

The chewable multiples are chalky. The calcium ones are about the right size.
Im dissappointed. 1 is a chewable n the other u have to take 3x daily.
