I definitely felt a difference in my energy level when I started taking these and my iron levels got to where they needed to be. I highly recommend--especially if you're anemic. And I'm really pleased with this vitamin pack. I don't miss my calcium this way and I save money!
I am preparing for the gastric sleeve surgery. I received this duo free with the purchase of other supplements I needed. The berry mix chewable is not as bad as I thought it was going to be. I am very excited to try the other flavors. I do want to try the other flavors too.
I really need a vitamin supplement so I always wondered about this brand. Well I am trying it out and so far so good. No weird taste, easy to swallow, and no upset stomach.
I truly love the vitamin pack it gave me so much energy and saves time and space on taking all different kind of supplements this was a very great purchase and I plan on purchasing more and spreading the word about bariatric pal.
After switching from different brands I finally found a vitamin that works best for me. I noticed a significant change in effectiveness and now I can continue getting all the nutrients I need.
This is a great product. I only had an issue with taking the pills because I'm only 3 months out of surgery but had to switch to pills for Calcium Citrate

The multivitamin tastes blah but least I can swallow the capsule quickly. The calcium pills are definitely tougher to swallow so takes me a minute and have to spread out taking the two pills.
These are great. The multivitamin is easy to take. No after taste. The calcium supplement is a little big but it is effective. This combo works well for me now I'm a month out from surgery.
