So far so good. It has helped alot compared to what I was going through earlier. I wasn't able to hold much in terms of liquid Gatorade or other electrolyte drinks because they were too sweet or had some sort of sweetener that just made me gage after my procedure. Mainly, because before surgery, I had at least 10 years with no sugars or sweeteners in anything I drank or ate. After surgery, it was impossible to drink anything save for water or unsweetened soy silk milk.

Taking various medications as liquids , I felt like I was drinking Jaegermeister shots at 8 am and pm with none of the "benefits" . I saw these bundles and opted to buy . I Wear the multi and B12 during day and The Sleep at night ( and happy to say shedding my crutch on rx sleep aids). Paying it forward the Iron to my Bro and the Mood Stabilizer to a friend. I’ve just started using the patches. Very easy and forgot they were even there. Will be comparing blood work before and after specifically Vit D which is always very, very low.

Following surgery, I had challenges keeping food down, let alone vitamins. I found out about Patch MD as an option, and they work great, and are easy to use. Never going back to the poor absorption from mass market multi-vitamins.

I haven’t used the rest since I’m a few days left preop but I tried a sleep aid when they arrived and usually I find it hard to get to sleep it took a bit but definitely worked and stayed put!

The patches were okay other than I had a bit of skin irritation from them. However, they were also very convenient during the first few weeks after surgery when I was not able to take chewable/melting vitamins. I recommend.
