I love this multi-vitamin. Originally, I was under the impression that it would be best to have a stand-alone multivitamin and then a testosterone booster separately, but then I tried GAT on a whim, and I haven't looked back. This is an excellent multivitamin, and the way that b-vitamins, zinc, and other nutrients are 'built around' the testosterone-boosting incredients was done very intellegently. I notice a huge difference when I take this product.

Complete multivitamin product, no extra supplementation needed. I take two capsules every morning which keeps me energetic throughout the day. They claim about a test boosting function too, but I guess it's mostly the marketing. Speaking of the dosage, the information on the package (blue background, above the manufacturer's name) is somehow confusing as it says "twice daily". Actually, you should consume 2 capsules once a day as rightly stated in the instructions of use.

I love GAT supplements! I started taking these after I discovered Nitraflex (best pre work out around). I think multivitamins are a little hit and miss. A lot of the typical vitamins in them you can get easily from most foods. But these have some good things like zinc, magnesium, biotin.

I recently wanted to start taking a multi-vitamin to get some energy back and to help get some vitamins I needed. After carefully looking at the ingredients and what vitamins along with the amounts each vitamin contained, this multi-vitamin exceeded all the others.

The quality is amazing and the size is really affordable for its price. It's taste just fine, and you have to check the ingredients for any allergies. It's a good supplement and you have to stick with it your fitness workout diet to get its benefit from it. The packaging is nice and easy to use.

I have had a few bottles of these vitamins over the years. I like them, but honestly I'm not sure why they are so physically large. Even when I take a handful of vitamins each day, I find I often gag on these (and none of the others) just from their sheer size. I wish they would halve the size (even if that meant taking two tables!). Other than this, great product.

The composition is very good, my husband took two as mentioned at the back of the bottle but ended up having really bad cramps in his abdomen.
