GATE SECURITY 26-42WX23H IN

I bought 3 for standard doors. Works for my 14 month 25 lb baby and 45 lb dog. A little tight to move at first but they loosen up. Not wide enough to block of a hall I tried to block off. Pressure mounted no screws required so great for renters. I never tried the plastic ones so I am not sure if these are better or worse but these work great for the price!

I purchased this gate online and the shipping was incredible. It was at my door way before I expected it to be, which was lovely. It serves its purpose well but I would recommend if you wanted something to last for more than one child, perhaps choose a sturdier gate. This one is great, light weight, easy to use and is effective.

Very pleased with this gate. Does the job and is very sturdy.

i bought the gate to keep my little dog in and the little kids out.

Perfect, Now The Dogs Cant Get Into The Other Room And Eat The Cats Food.

easy to use and sturdy

This is the second time I bought these gates on sale since I was pleased the first time. It's not heavy duty but I was looking for something to keep the kids out the kitchen, simple and easy for my mother to climb over. As long as you're putting it between a flat opening or door way this is fine. My kids are only 1 and 2 so it was strong enough to hold their weight when they tried to push it down while i cooked so I bought it again to keep them in their room during time outs :) I've recommended it to family members looking for a simple gate

The price makes up for the fact that it's really hard to adjust the width of the gate. For our purposes (dogs) it's good enough. I don't think I'd use it with children.

I guess you get what you pay for. It works fine but is too short, hard to adjust the length and cheaply made. But it's for my house ( grandma) so it's good enough.

Despite this product having very mixed reviews, I decided to order it due to the fact that it was very inexpensive. Having just acquired a large breed puppy, there were several areas of varying widths that were going to require barriers. The design of this gate has a series of settings which means if your areas where you need it are not an exact fit to one of the settings, you are out of luck. Despite having five different size spots where I need a gate, none of them were a fit with this poorly designed gate. Even if I had a spot in which I could have made it fit, I seriously doubt if it would have been of much use. Due to the fact that there is no form of spring tension to form a tight fit, it would not be able to support much weight of a toddler or even small puppy leaning on it before coming out of place. Good luck to you!
