I got scammed on this one. the box looked like it was factory sealed, but when I opened it the tensioner and idler pulleys were in a large zip lock bag with no packaging to protect them, just bouncing around the box. The idler pulley belt groves were dented with sharp edges in two spots. I tried to grind them flat but they were still rough, so I re-installed the old one and finished the job. note for others.... inspect before you jack up the truck and remove everything.
