So far, I am very impressed. The setup was fast and easy. Very compact and lightweight. Exactly what I was looking for. Touchscreen and sturdy hinge to flip the screen back. I still have some features to play around with, but so far so good. Great buy for the price.

Not the best for the price. I have paid 170-190 for a better laptop and 2-1. The only good thing bout it is windows 10. For something on the go its good but not for really doing work. I just use it so I can use design space really. If you want a Better laptop or computer save the money and get a good one. This is just a budget item and you get what you pay for.

I wasn't expecting a high end laptop for this price point, and yet I was still disappointed. It runs incredibly slow for being new, and the battery gets excessively hot regardless of airflow situation. The touchscreen is intermittently responsive, which is frustrating.

I am bummed. This is not what I was expecting at all. When I first received the device I could not get the keyboard to work. Turns out the device needed to be updated. So I updated the device and finally after several attempts, I was able to get the keyboard to work! (We had to install it over and over again) I was doing some online shopping and the devices screen just went black and wouldn't turn back on. I don't know if my device is just faulty or not, but I'm returning this ASAP!!

I purchase 4 of these for Christmas gifts . 2 was 11.6 screens and the other 2 was a bigger screen. The screen went out on one and the other we just can not use. I contacted Walmart who told me to contact a vender and now the vendor is saying contact Walmart.

Just got this laptop, opened it up, pushed the power button, nothing happened. Plug it to the charger, and let it charge for 30 mins, nothing didn't come in. let it charge up till the charge light turned white, pushed the power button, still didn't come on. called gateway support, no help, only option is return for replacement, can't even get a replacement now, out of stock. So the wife doesn't get a laptop, and the next one in stock is 400$ more. Can't even use this one to give a review, because if a bad battery.

I had low expectations of this computer and it couldn't even live up to those. About 5 weeks after I purchased it it began randomly shutting down and emitting a white noise sound, at top volume, that I had no way to stop. After several calls to Gateway with a combined wait time of probably two hours, without ever actually getting help of any kind, or even speaking to a person I gave up. Save your money.

do I seem to work pretty good all together no real complaints then on 3/29/21 did a Windows update and suddenly the touchpad did not work correctly and would stop working periodically. I followed the troubleshooting routine that Microsoft gives you and driver was already up to date and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and still the touchpad is scatterbrained I have two year protection plan on it but square trade powered by Allstate won't do anything for me as it still covered by the manufacturer for a year and the reviews I've seen where people sent theirs back seem to get a replacement model in return which was not the same model so I wouldn't recommend this and honestly it wouldn't recommend the SquareTrade insurance on it.

The laptop arrived on time and was easy to set up. However, it would not charge at all. Within four hours of receiving it, the laptop died. After being on hold 48 minutes with Gateway the rep said either the charger or the computer was bad (duh!). He offered to send a new charger which would take 7 to 10 days to receive. I said no thanks!

This product is horrible..I only used it a handful of times before the screen went out. I was just a few days past the 14 day return and gateway is saying since I brought it from Walmart they can't help me so now I'm stuck with a $200 laptop that's brand new that I can't use..don't waste your money
