Best tech purchase in last 5 years!
This laptop is versatile, easy to use in both computer and tablet mode, and small enough to fit in my handbag! The year subscription to Office 365 is just another sweet bonus to this laptop/tablet combo. The speakers are lacking in quality, but I still highly recommend!

Small little great laptop, it might be not very powerful, but it is very mobile if you're on the go.

The green was not a soft pastel color.. it's hunter green. Not really sure we love it. But the computer is great.

Slow
Unfortunately it works way slower than I anticipated. I was having to wait 5 mins just for google chrome to open, which isnt good seeing as I have to use it for school. Someone with more patience might love it though.

Battery Does not work
Received the laptop but the battery does not work. Called customer service a few times. All they say is we will let you know. Its been 2 weeks since I got the product and notified them about the battery problem. Cant use and have not used the laptop since battery is not working and cannot charge the laptop.

It didn't last one year
Bought last year. Worked fine until a couple months ago. It started shutting down while i was working. Called, they went through the routine. ok. Week or so I get ready to use again and it would show the Gateway logo and then black screen. They won't even discuss sending it back because i can't locate the sales receipt, it was a gift, even though it is a walmart exclusive product.
