I'm not really sure why there are so many negative reviews because this computer is pretty good for the price. I paid $89 you get a free years of Microsoft 365 Skype all kinds of good things. please do not believe the negative reviews get it for yourself if you don't like it you can always take it back. but for the money this is an excellent excellent choice

I was concerned about the size of the computer at 1st, however I am glad I overlooked that. Compared with my previous laptop purchased 2 years ago, this one is a lot faster and considerably lighter. I only had it for a few days, but so far it is working just fine for me.

Bought for Christmas gift my son loves it and is very happy with it he says its very easy to use and great quality another great score on black Friday

This is the second 11.6 laptop I ordered and am having a worse problem than with the first the speakers will NOT work at all and I was online for over 3hours with tech support ,they said I will have to contact the manufacture to try to solve the problem. I am going to return it for a refund instead.

I ORDERED 2 OF THESE LAPTOPS. ONE IS HARD TO HOOK UP TO THE INTERNET. AND THE OTHER ONE, THE SCREWS CAME OUT AND THE SCREEN STOP WORKING(4 MONTHS). CALL THE (FACTORY BECAUSE OF THE FACTORY WARRANTY) AND IT'S SO MUCH YOU HAVE TO DO TO GET IT REPLACED. AND THAN THEY MIGHT NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. BECAUSE I ORDERED IT ONLINE. AND THE RECEIPT MAY NOT BE GOOD ENOUGH. SO IT LOOK LIKE I WANT BE GETTING A NEW LAPTOP FOR MY SON😤.

Bought two. One works pretty good. Tge other has constant issues... loses internet connection randomly, freezes, acts lime it has a ton of files but it literally has none; no pictures, no vids... just Roblox added. I'm pretty ticked about it. Bought it for a Black Friday deal, tried to return it after Christmas- no deal. Walzmart doesn't e en want this back.

I'm poor and I needed a computer with Windows on it for some college classes, so I bought this with my tax refund. I've been putting up with this piece of junk for 6 months now and it is by far the worst thing I have ever bought. Immediately, straight out of the box, the backspace key makes the computer go to sleep. I researched a fix for it, but it only works temporarily, then it's back to sleep every time you hit backspace again. Sometimes it goes to sleep when you hit other keys too, like one of the Shift keys or the number 6 key. Depends on the day, I guess. Hooking up a USB keyboard fixes that problem, but it's inconvenient and awkward and kind of defeats the purpose of buying a laptop. It will not connect to the Internet at times. Random times. Just restart and that fixes that. But hugely inconvenient. There is not enough disk space to install Windows 11, or anything else you might want, so don't even try it. You might be thinking "it's so cheap and I only need it for surfing the web and filling out long forms that I don't want to do on my phone." DON'T BUY IT. It's completely non functional and will not serve your needs at all. It will only add to your already high stress level. I wouldn't buy this thing for a 4 year old to watch cartoons on. Best thing it could ever do is prop open a window.

Screws came out from under the bottom and i’ve only had it for about 2 months . A total of 4 screws are missing …. horrible horrible laptop would not recommend at all!!

bought 2 for my kids schooling back in november. one is stuck on the set up screen. csnt get ahold of anyone to help troubleshoot and item has been out of stock for over 2 months now so cant get it exchanged. what a waste of time and money. dont recommend

The keyboard has a mixture of numbers and letters on the main keyboard so when I tried to type a word some letters show up as numbers so a word comes out with letters and numbers mixed in it so as of now I cant use it . I am checking to see if it is too late to return it as it is not working as it should
