Absolutely love it. Perfect for school.. and sims. Has just enough storage. Can be a little slow, google chrome also doesn’t really work that well on it. other than that it’s perfect.

Came with a hot-pink carrying case for a larger tablet, so ultra-slim, indeed. Fortunately I don't mind the fluorescent color. So far, we like this small computer. It seems to serve us well for our daily school needs. I do not like that the power button is located above the backspace button and is the same type of key as the rest of the keyboard, so if I get a little too excited while working I sometimes instantly put the computer to sleep.

this computer... I knew that for $100 that it wasn't going to be perfect, but let me tell you about it. to nitpick, it has one USB 3.0 port, and one USB 2.0 port. Not the advertised two USB 3 ports. It had a sticker for Microsoft Office that was on the wrist rest that was crooked. Removing left ask the residue, and it was an absolute mess to clean up. my biggest gripe though, is the power button. oh man, having the power key just above the backspace key is infuriating, because everytime i go to hit backspace, I turn the computer off. The delivery was a sham, too. the first box had only the case. I had to call twice to get them to send the computer. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying this.

I ordered one of these, went through setup only to find that its WiFi was defective, one week and over 4 wasted hours. I returned it and ordered another. This time I had the same problem and called Gateway tech support. Got to sit on hold for close to an hour. Followed their directions, and its WiFi still did not work, all told another 7 hours wasted. In the meantime, Walmart increased the price on the unit I was going to buy to replace it. This model of the Gateway 11.6 is being shipped with either defective software or hardware and tech support is incompetent.

I’ve only had the laptop a little over 6 months never really used it. Now I’m getting ready to back to school and now the laptop won’t charge. It just stays at 12%. I don’t know what to do. I work hard for my money and I try to spend it wisely. I’m just hurt because I take care of my things. So I don’t like to waste my money.

What I disliked about this product was that no power cord came with the laptop and it arrived with a low battery. I had to call the 1-800 support but there were no agents available after waiting 30 min on HOLD. Used the mobile support chat and I am still in the process of getting a power cord, a week after receiving my laptop, of which I can't use.

I bought this Chromebook in september of this year, for my granddaughter to use for her work being home schooled. It started out ok but not even 2 months of using it, it started jumping back to the home page as she was doing her school work. Now it won't load anything. I think they should let me return it for that short amount of time of using it. Its like i threw away $129.00 but walmart doesnt care!

Laptop wouldn't power on. Charged for a few hours and held the power button as instructed, no response. Exchanging for a different one, will update when new laptop arrives.
