Amazing for the price with a few small demerits.
Overall solid laptop. Does not allow Windows Hello facial recognition, due to incompatibility of camera- fingerprint recognition unreliable. Good battery life lightweight sleek and slim.

Flat keyboard is uncomfortable and slippery
Memory is soldered and no empty slot so we cannot upgrade. Therefore 8 Meg is the maximum My fingers feel uncomfortable when I type because each key is flat. Up and down arrows are half of regular keys and are placed almost touching to each other so I made typos when I typed them. However the price is excellent for an i7 cpu laptop

did I get a mad cow!!!!
3 years ago i got a GWTN141-4BL, worked great until, shortly after the warranty ended it went black screen. now this newer model seems very slow to boot and it's frozen twice just surfing in net. keyboard seems ok, touchpad is not perfect, touch screen I don't know yet,

Would not recommend
I liked everything up until I had to have a zoom meeting and the camera did not work. Come to find out it has a 2006 Camry driver that does not go with it and the wrong model number on the back of the laptop. Taking it back to the store to get an HP.

Terrible
Purchased an item on Tax-Free day and was charged taxes. I wanted to return it because it was too slow and the Distribution takes forever to contact you until its too late to return it and refused to return it. laptop sucks and service sucks. Wont ever buy from again.

Worst customer service by Walmart.
I tried returning it to the store but the representative was very rude and unable to process my return. Called customer care and they are also unable to process refund and asked me to check with FedEx.

Pass this one by
Had it less than a week and start up repair failed and couldn't get past that. Customer support was NO help. Asked me the same questions five times! It is going back ASAP
