Love this for the price, large screen, color options, and Microsoft suite. The only downfall is when multiple tabs are open it is very slow. I knew this before buying. But I'm still happy with my purchase
I was so hopeful. After years of apple products, and hearing so much about Gateway and multiple people recommending this laptop to me, I chose this one. I got it and nothing. I called tech support, they were great, but still nothing. Now I have to go through the whole warranty process and hope that I didn't just waste money on a paper weight. I'm not as happy as I should be. And if you do get this laptop I hope that you have better luck than I am having. I have heard great things about it. I just got a lemon.
When I got my laptop back in December it was good for like a couple of days and then it started to act up like the laptop has trouble reaching for any networks. I have to restart my laptop very time just for the laptop to get network. On top of that it's extremely laggy. I don't not recommend this laptop to no one unless you want a poor and laggy laptop. Want a waste of money and time all I want is a good laptop and I thought this was going to be one of them but it's not. Don't buy it.
I was super excited to order this computer. When I first set it up, everything worked great over the weekend. Come Monday morning, I tried to do some things before work and it would NOT connect to the WiFi. I did everything I knew how to do. Unfortunately, I would up sending it back.
Terrible features, terrible screen, very difficult to use. Computer kept freezing up, then wouldn't turn on out would turn itself off after a minute or two. Screen turned to black and white lines after a few days. customer service is a joke! Called for 3 days, hold 17 minutes and then it tells you all agents are still busy and discontent you.

Worst computer ever. Broke within 2 months. Terrible customer service. It was like putting a match to the money I spent.
Having trouble getting on the website. Paid almost $200 for Geek Squad to help me. Computer still does not work properly. Would never recommend,
Would go to sleep and you'd have to restart it to get it to turn back on and it forgot that it was capable of connecting to any networks and I'd have to manually disable and reenable it
It's a piece of trash don't buy and gateway will NOT honor their replacement policy.. I sent them Proof of Purchase due to buying the laptop online… but they want a receipt that says “WALMART” on it !!!! I bought it online at Walmart.com GATEWAY.. I sent them pictures of everything including the box it came in!!!!
