Gateway notebook, great buy!
I am so happy with my notebook. It isn't too small or bulky. I am really enjoying it. Thanks to Walmart for allowing me of this clearance.

It was a gift for my mommy and she loves it. Of course I have to help her with certain things lol. She uses it for school and she loves it so much. I'm glad that I made her day for Mother's Day. I Love Her So Much and She DESERVES the ABSOLUTE BEST. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

No Charger
If you happened to buy someone this laptop for the holidays, you may want to open it beforehand and make sure it has a charger. 😑 We got one for our son and literally, all that was in the box was foam and the laptop...no charger, user manual, registration or manufacturer warranty info or anything! Their customer service department has been wonderful and they are sending us a charger. Just figured I'd make others aware.

When it arrived it had a huge bubble in the screen and I now have to press on my screen next to the bubble every time I open my laptop but other then that it's fine

Falsely advertised
I purchased this product because it was supposed to come with a free year of Microsoft 365 Personal. It even has the flyer inside the package. However they don’t supply the product key code in order to activate the offer. I’ve sent numerous emails and have been unsuccessful in getting any resolution. I’ve spent over 2 hours trying to reach customer service. Every time I’m on hold waiting “for my call to be answered in the order it was received” but every time after 15 minutes it then says “no representatives are available to take your call” and it hangs up. No option for online chat either. I would never purchase a Gateway product and wouldn’t recommend. How hard is it to get me the code so I can use this? Beyond aggravated with this experience. I’d rate them zero stars if that were an option.

Such a bummer
I purchased two of these for my kids for Christmas. They are really nice looking. They’re a really great size, and they have a really nice screen. Both of them were non-functional by the end of the day on Christmas. My kids opened them in the morning, and I got them set up. One of them completely froze up, to where you could not even hard shut it down. On the other one the mouse pad completely quit working and the screen started glitching. Walmart took them back with no questions asked and it was a really easy process.

I'm not happy with this purchase at all!!!
I got mine back in February and it wont even start up unless its plugged in and i lost the charger for it and have no idea how to get a new one because walmart done sell them (even though i bought it there) i can't even register it for the 1 year warranty to get a new one

Buyer Beware
cheap hardware screen popped off after 5 months. customer support ignored all my requests for a replacement and refuse to offer a refund. 7 days missed from work because tech support ignores emails and never joins the chat. i will never purchase a gateway again I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
