Great bed cover great customer service
From all my questions before I purchased, to ordering i had fantastic service. Crazy fast shipping cover looks great and was super easy to install had it on in less then 15 minutes.

Excellent Tonneau
The Gator HR1 was easy to install, fit well, and provides a sleek appearance. I like the bed access offered by the rolling tonneau and enjoy the security provided by the metal slats. Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Terrible customer service
Received the bed cover (that I spent over $1,400 on) had metal shavings all embedded in it. Customer service is useless. Wait on hold for an hour only for them to say it's a warranty claim. Keep in mind the same day I received it, I installed it and called them afterwards. Ended up buying another bed cover (also from real truck) Will not be buying from the retailer again

DOESN'T LAST - RT won't stand behind it *DO NOT BUY*
Purchased this in late 2020 and the top is pealing off. Of course, its just out of warranty and after speaking with RT (who apparently owns this brand now) won't do anything for me. Won't be buying from this site again. They told me I could try, "glueing it on" . Gee, thanks. $1K product down the tubes.
