Gator GC14018 EFX Hard Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover Fits 2007-2013 Silverado Sierra 5'8" Bed

Installation was straight forward and quick. I love the locking mechanism on the cover. It makes it super simple to open without having to unlock both sides like on other covers. I haven't had any issue with water getting into the bed and no issue with snow piled onto it. 10/10 you would be hard pressed to find a better quality cover for the price.

The product looks great on my new truck. It installed easy , but instructions need to be improved. I send an email to ask for a latch cover that was missing and have not heard back for over a week. Also followed up on this issue and never heard back. Support doesn't work very well and I'm disappointed.

You need someone to completely rewrite the installation instructions. We get the cover on because we are handy and it's fairly easy. I'm sure you are unaware of how awful they are because most people that buy them are handy and figure it out. There should be pictures of the process not drawings. It's so easy to put a photo in these days.

Overall very satisfied with cover. Sits well level with bed. Installing was a little challenging. Could use a little help handling the runner bars and clamps installation. I did it myself. I am 74 years old handled installation ok. Looks good. I recommend using a frew small clamps. Just me

The installation of the bed cover was quick and intuitive. I did it in under an hour without any extra hands (except for my 8 and 3 year olds, who helped with hand tightening the bolts on the claps). The process was straightforward, and I appreciated that not all spacers or extra clamps were necessary for my truck's spec. My only suggestion: add a QR code in the manual linking to a video guide for extra clarity. Overall, great quality and a hassle-free install.

Ordered this and it came in fast, easy to assemble on my truck. I have a Bedrug liner and at first did not hook up drain tubes but found out on first rain, you need them. When I first open the box the cover on one latch was damaged, got in touch with Realtruck and replacement was sent. Very satisfied with the cover.

The cover itself is a great product. Once installed, it looks great and sits flush to the bed just how I wanted it. The latches and cable release work well and are great features. The installation instructions were tricky. They were not very clear and illustrations were a bit confusing. Once I worked through that, it went together nice. The box arrived half-open and falling apart. And there was some damage to the cover including scrapes and a ding in one of the panels. The damage was on the underside so I opted to install rather than hassle with a return process. Still happy with the cover overall.

The cover looks great but there are a few issues. The plastic pieces for the drain tube connector are barely hanging on. The cover arrived with the rubber molding peeling. I am hoping a few days out in the sun will help it all form back to the cover. It doesn't fit exactly because the back latches by the tailgate do not align perfectly if you follow the directions so you have to move the cover more towards the cab so that is rests slightly on the truck bed rather than being flush otherwise the tailgate latches have nothing to latch to. It seems like it maybe 1/4 to 1/2 inch short!

The EFX Hard Tri Fold Tonneau cover is made well and looks great n my Ford Ranger. However the installation instructions leave much to be desired and after a couple calls and unreturned emails I am not sure that I have the cover installed correctly. Not sure if the cover is pulled back far enough on the tailgate or on the bulkhead seal. The seal closest to the bulkhead rests too high in my opinion and emails with photos were never responded to, Seoul,I will wait and adjust the cover accordingly.

I didn't receive my item in the time frame that they gave me. And I still haven't received it. When I called to see what the status was they told me that they didn't even have the item I ordered at the time I ordered it at their distribution warehouse. They had to send the order to the manufacturer so it can be built and that takes up to 25 business days to even ship out so the shipping window they gave me wasn't even accurate when I placed the order. Very misleading! They told me there's nothing they can do. It's very disappointing. I can't even rate the product because I haven't received it yet.
