Gator GC24029 EFX Hard Fold Tonneau Cover Fits 2021-2023 Ford F-150 5'7" Bed

The product looks great on my new truck. It installed easy , but instructions need to be improved. I send an email to ask for a latch cover that was missing and have not heard back for over a week. Also followed up on this issue and never heard back. Support doesn't work very well and I'm disappointed.

Installation was straight forward and quick. I love the locking mechanism on the cover. It makes it super simple to open without having to unlock both sides like on other covers. I haven't had any issue with water getting into the bed and no issue with snow piled onto it. 10/10 you would be hard pressed to find a better quality cover for the price.

Was looking for a hard cover for my Chevy High Country and was debating between the Gator and the Backflip. I chose the Gator primarily due to price. I am glad I chose the Gator, it has worked out great and best of all… no leaks, even after a car wash!!!

Ordered this a couple of weeks ago. Arrived promptly. Had it on the truck in about 30 minutes. Good instructions that were easy to follow. Very good construction. Has now been on a couple of weeks and has been through a couple heavy downpours without any leaks around the edges. Looks really nice on my Silverado.

The cover was received a day earlier than expected (a good thing) and arrived with no shipping issues. It was a very hot day but I got the truck under cover and proceeded to install the cover. All of the pieces were there and the install went smoothly enough. The install video helped quite a bit so I would encourage all customers to view it beforehand. The only glitch was the foam cushion tape. When peeling it off of the roll the adhesive backing came off and there was about 1 foot of length that had no adhesive due to this issue. I was able to keep it in place long enough to get the cover secured to the truck, but it would have been nice to have either enough tape on the foam roll or a 2nd roll supplied.

Sheddrick is beyond wonderful. He was so helpful but told me multiple times what a joy I was to work with and that most the ladies he has to do everything for but with me, I know exactly what I want, have researched it and already knew about the product I was looking to buy. He gave advice, never pushy, tried to force anything on me, etc. Your company is so lucky to have him.

The tonneau cover fits well. I didn't have to do any adjustments and it latches perfectly. I ran the drain hoseses out an existing hole on the sides of the bed. Pay close attention to the picture in step six. Make sure the clamp side closest to the side rail snaps into place and the tongue snaps into the groove.

The cover looks great but there are a few issues. The plastic pieces for the drain tube connector are barely hanging on. The cover arrived with the rubber molding peeling. I am hoping a few days out in the sun will help it all form back to the cover. It doesn't fit exactly because the back latches by the tailgate do not align perfectly if you follow the directions so you have to move the cover more towards the cab so that is rests slightly on the truck bed rather than being flush otherwise the tailgate latches have nothing to latch to. It seems like it maybe 1/4 to 1/2 inch short!

I bought one of these covers for my old Silverado and loved it. I don't remember it being a pain in The a. . to install though. When you try and tighten down the brackets they would turn and fall off. No spacers came with it so I had to make my own. Once you get it on it looks great but there are much cheaper options that are easier to install.

I didn't receive my item in the time frame that they gave me. And I still haven't received it. When I called to see what the status was they told me that they didn't even have the item I ordered at the time I ordered it at their distribution warehouse. They had to send the order to the manufacturer so it can be built and that takes up to 25 business days to even ship out so the shipping window they gave me wasn't even accurate when I placed the order. Very misleading! They told me there's nothing they can do. It's very disappointing. I can't even rate the product because I haven't received it yet.
