Gator GC24030 EFX Hard Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover, Fits 2021-2023 Ford F-150 6' 7" Bed 78.9"

The product looks great on my new truck. It installed easy , but instructions need to be improved. I send an email to ask for a latch cover that was missing and have not heard back for over a week. Also followed up on this issue and never heard back. Support doesn't work very well and I'm disappointed.

Installation was straight forward and quick. I love the locking mechanism on the cover. It makes it super simple to open without having to unlock both sides like on other covers. I haven't had any issue with water getting into the bed and no issue with snow piled onto it. 10/10 you would be hard pressed to find a better quality cover for the price.

You need someone to completely rewrite the installation instructions. We get the cover on because we are handy and it's fairly easy. I'm sure you are unaware of how awful they are because most people that buy them are handy and figure it out. There should be pictures of the process not drawings. It's so easy to put a photo in these days.

After reading a few reviews, I had a friend come over & help me, it took a little over an hour and a half. I like that there were some foam pieces included to use for potential leaks which I keep in my truck when going on road trips. I'm very happy with the produce and the look!

I got this mainly because I wanted one that you can take off quickly to use the whole bed, and this fits the bill nicely. It takes about 60 seconds to remove and 5 minutes to put back on. The closure on the third flap is very finnicky I've found and I have to manually help it lock on the right side. It may be an installation issue idk. Overall I'm very happy.

Was looking for a hard cover for my Chevy High Country and was debating between the Gator and the Backflip. I chose the Gator primarily due to price. I am glad I chose the Gator, it has worked out great and best of all… no leaks, even after a car wash!!!

I like the hard cover more than expected. It has a much higher quality appearance. I can put things on the hard cover that I would not have been able to on a soft cover, like a drink, or tools, or just a place to put something while I am loading. If I need to remove the whole thing to get the whole bed, it's a 5 to 7 minute easy task. Worth the extra money!

The cover itself is a great product. Once installed, it looks great and sits flush to the bed just how I wanted it. The latches and cable release work well and are great features. The installation instructions were tricky. They were not very clear and illustrations were a bit confusing. Once I worked through that, it went together nice. The box arrived half-open and falling apart. And there was some damage to the cover including scrapes and a ding in one of the panels. The damage was on the underside so I opted to install rather than hassle with a return process. Still happy with the cover overall.

The cover looks great but there are a few issues. The plastic pieces for the drain tube connector are barely hanging on. The cover arrived with the rubber molding peeling. I am hoping a few days out in the sun will help it all form back to the cover. It doesn't fit exactly because the back latches by the tailgate do not align perfectly if you follow the directions so you have to move the cover more towards the cab so that is rests slightly on the truck bed rather than being flush otherwise the tailgate latches have nothing to latch to. It seems like it maybe 1/4 to 1/2 inch short!

I didn't receive my item in the time frame that they gave me. And I still haven't received it. When I called to see what the status was they told me that they didn't even have the item I ordered at the time I ordered it at their distribution warehouse. They had to send the order to the manufacturer so it can be built and that takes up to 25 business days to even ship out so the shipping window they gave me wasn't even accurate when I placed the order. Very misleading! They told me there's nothing they can do. It's very disappointing. I can't even rate the product because I haven't received it yet.
