Gator Recoil Retractable Truck Bed Tonneau Cover G30454 Fits 2015 - 2022 Chevy/GMC Colorado/Canyon 5' 2" Bed (61.7")

I had a trifold cover on my old truck and decided to try the Gator on my new F350. Fits my 6'9" bed perfectly! Slides effortlessly and doesn't get hung up in either direction. It does "wave" a bit in motion but the travel up and down is probably no more than an 1/8 if an inch. Noticable in the rearview mirror if you're used to a trifold but non nearly as much as a fabric cover. Instructions we're relatively simple, although I missed a small but important step that required a partial disassembly. Overall I'd highly recommend this. Good quality and good price.

Shipping was fast and the product was packaged nicely to prevent damage during shipping. Installation was easy and pretty straight forward. Even though one person can install it by them selves I would recommend a second person to make it easier. I love the final look of it with a pretty low profile that can barely be seen from the sides. I also appreciate the hard metal top with the powder coating that adds a great look and security too.

I installed this myself in about 2 hours. Looks like it will be a good cover. Since installing it my truck has not been out of my garage so maybe a little early to give much about it. Looks great and rolls up easily, would have liked to see made little stronger, but think it will be ok

Only took an hour by myself to install. It rolls open and closed smoothly. Back tailgate seal is kind of a joke as it just buts up and forms a valley for water to get in. Others I looked at the seal rests on top of the tailgate. Had a bad rain and it leaks a bit. But the security aspect of this is great. None are completely waterproof so not a big deal. Overall I'm satisfied.

The cover has a clean look and retracts easily. Installation was tedious to get the rail spacing consistent and the written instructions were much worse than a YouTube video I watched. It didn't come with a pull strap to to release the latches, so I found a way to add one. It hasn't rained yet, but it seems like it'll keep water out of the bed. For the price, I'm happy with how it looks and works.

It was not to hard to install. The paper instructions are useless and don't even match the video that real truck has posted on their site. Not all the bolts will even tighten as they use a rail system to lock in the bolts and this causes the alignment to adjust on itself. Most likely would just go with a installer or different model next time instead of this one.

Bought the cover. RealTruck couldn't provide any updates on when it would ship or arrive. Finally received it and zero instructions on how to install. Found videos from Gator but some of the parts didn't match what I was seeing online so had to wing it. Cover seems solid and fits well, but without 100% guidance I'm hoping I installed it correctly.

Installed bed cover , have adjusted it numerous times trying to make it smoother to open and close no luck . You have to climb in the bed to open and close . Also doesn't seal good at all at the tailgate rain pours in . Definitely not worth the money.

I ordered for my new truck because I had a trip coming up and they said it would ship that day. My credit card was charged but it did not ship. Called customer service and was told they would get it out that day. Waited 2more day still not shipped. I got transferred to order tracking and was told it was in their Springfield warehouse and I would ship the next day Saturday. If it didn't he would find one in another warehouse and get it out. Monday came and still no answer as to why it had not shipped. Waiting on an answer from the warehouse was what I was told when I called. If you like holding for next available representative for long periods with no response this is you company

The release cable was not clamped tight enough and came undone immediately after install. Customer support is not quick to respond and harder to contact. Should be an easier fix than what they are recommending. Either way, the cable should have been secured tighter and it sounded as though I was not the first customer to have the same issue.
