These bottles have been around for a long time and are used in all kinds of sport especially football but obviously you don't have to play sports to use it it's a simple design and has fill lines on the side to tell you how much water or whatever you're putting in it they do come in different sizes I believe the standard being 32oz and once you have your liquid of choice all you do it point towards your mouth and squeeze the bottle and it'll shoot out a stream very easy and quick way to get a liquid in your body

This is the best water bottle ever. I use it literally every day. Love that it is so easy to squeeze the drink into my mouth and that I can drink a lot at once. Plus it doesn't leak so I don't worry when my kids knock it over. We also got the smaller sized ones for our kids, and they love them too.

Got these for my boys for a stocking stuffer. Instant favorite gift. They love the gym and have always been looking for a water bottle. They can squeeze the bottle and squirt the drink in their mouth, or drink straight from the top. The only thing they didn't love was that it didn't keep the drink cold long. Other than that, they loved the bottle.

man, I think I've tried every squeeze water bottle in the market for when I'm training and nothing ever hits like how this bottle does. it literally checks off all the boxes. It's lightweight. It fits everywhere and it's like the perfect bottle to grasp when you need a quick shot of hydration. 

We've used this Gatorade squeeze bottle for sports and it's been really convenient. It's lightweight, a good size for practices and games, and easy for kids to grab and drink from quickly. I especially like the simple squeeze design since there's no straw or complicated lid to open. It's also easy to clean and has held up well with regular use.

Good balance of Affordability, comfort and longevity. Especially when paired with the bottle caddy to hold six this is a great way to get a team of people hydrated and it's squeeze Mechanism is light enough you don't have to have Hulk strength to get it to work. Really my only gripe with these is they get hot fast and can add a plastic taste if left too long in sun. Best practice fill it to rim with crushed ice and fill them up. Also if filling with anything besides water be thorough with the cleaning, the dark green can really hide hidden residue in bottle.

As a former athlete, I used this product very frequently! It is super easy to assemble and clean which is a huge perk. However, I do not like how flimsy the water bottle material is. It also does not keep it cold. Overall I would definitely recommend it!

This Gatorade squeeze bottle was a great addition to my water bottle collection. I enjoy doing HIIT style workouts, and this bottle helps me get water without it pouring out everywhere. With a traditional open mouth bottle, water tends to spill out as I'm moving between exercises quickly. When I use the squeeze bottle, it provides a perfect flow straight to my mouth so I don't need to worry about the mess.

The flow rate of these are great / I have used these for years of kids sports it is easy to fill and carry ... best part is they are easy to clean and hold enough water for a full sorting event.... during the warmer months I freeze half the water the night before.
