Good deal. Easy to squeeze, liquid doesn’t come out too quickly and cause choking (I appreciate that). I have 3 kids in sports and these are always simple to put together before a game. No breaking/cracks after 2 years. 32oz is plenty for them to be hydrated. We love ours!

This is a the perfect bottle for college athletes, we were given bottles as a team and they are amazing to have at practice and matches because of how easy they are to use. With a simple squeeze to the bottle, you can easily squirt the water into your mouth. Easy to untwist to clean or put in the dishwasher.
