I'm a Type 2 Diabetic and got tired of drinking regular water so I've been mixing 1 - 12 ounce Gatorade Zero Sugar to 24 ounces of water and I really like it.
My husband used to be big soda guy. Im talking upto 2 12 packs a day of regular pop. Then he got sick and all of suffen soda no longer tasted the same, so I started buying Gatorade and other electrolytes drinks to help build up his strength and stamina. He fell in love with Gatorade products both sugar and sugar-free which he alternate with. He will no longer even try the other drinks in this category. Pretty much loves all the flavors they have.
Walmart has great prices for gatorades. I have POTS and need to increase my sodium intake especially during the summer months and zero sugar sports drinks have more sodium compared to the regular ones which have a lot of added sugars. I'm not the biggest fan of the berry flavor but that's just personal preference.
My family turns to Gatorade Zero mixed pack daily. However, if I brought home a singly flavor pack, I would not hear the end of it. My son likes one flavor, my wife another, and so on. I will buy a separate single flavor for myself. Everyone's happy. They all taste great to me, they are low-calorie, they are great for rehydration, or just to have for whatever reason.
My husband is a Marine so he is always watching his sugar intake and loves to workout. They quench thirst, are a great sodium replacement for sweaty workouts and have a lovely taste. These Gatorade Zero drinks are a daily go-to after his morning run and after workout sessions. We've probably bought over $500 worth of these just over the last couple years. Will be buying more soon! Would highly recommend!
I like having a variety pack because I enjoy having the option to what flavor I wish to drink. The size is perfect for parties. My family %26 I enjoy most of the flavors that they offer. I have relatives who can't have sugar. This is a good option.
One of my obsessions in life is Gatorade Zero, I love pretty much every flavor and these smaller bottles in a multi-pack is so nice for just getting a light drink of something delicious. The flavors are each grand, the tinier bottles are easier to carry around, and with the label on the front, you can use these for larger gatherings and write the name on each bottle. I find that to be rather thoughtful.
It's good don't get me wrong, I just think it's very overly priced for such small bottles of gently flavored water ya know. It costs so much for us to live a healthier lifestyle and companies take advantage of that. I don't know if it hydrated or not to be honest. I'm still thirsty after I drink it so who knows.
We use to love and stock this sport drink at all times. Maybe just us - but it seems like lately (2026) the flavor is just not there anymore. Very, very bland so not as refreshing as it use to be in our opinion. May be coincidence, but seemed to notice the milder taste change when the NEW lower sugar Gatorade was introduced.
My daughter only likes fruit punch flavor and you changed it for mixes one What can I do with the others flavors?
