My great grandsons stop every day after school to get their gatorade this is their favorite kind. They also get chip or cookies. Sometimes both.

Read and search ingredients
I stopped drinking all sodas for about 4 weeks. I've been drinking water, milk, and Gatorade Zero. I've been so bloated and didn't know why. Come to find out Gatorade even Zero calories has about something in like soda does in ingredients. I drank a lot of Gatorade Zero grape. Now I have to stop it, too. Now it will be at least another 4 weeks or so for bloating to stop. I'm disappointed. I loved Gatorade
