Ordered and never arrived. Real truck never bothered to tell me it was discontinued and it wasn't coming in until I finally got ahold of someone, which wasn't easy. Same thing happened with tow flaps I ordered a few years ago.
Easy to install. Fits perfectly on the 2019 Ford F350 dually. Operates smoothly. I have had it a month and it's great! Would definitely recommend .
Received as advertised and I installed myself in a couple of hours. I am enjoying it so far.
It's expensive but worth it.
Looks awesome, works great, only complaint is the connector on the drain hose uses a very cheap plastic piece that keeps falling out. Overall, very impressed.
This is the 4th GatorTrax I have purchased and installed. Quiet simply there is no better retractable cover on the market that protects to the degree of the GatorTrax. You want a secure bed cover that protects your gear in the bed of the truck, one that you can carry several hundreds of pounds on the cover, and gives you 100% secure peace of mind, well then, you absolutely want a GatorTrax. Installation is a breeze too.
Cover looks great. I am happy with the installed product. It has all of the features I wanted. The only challenge was the install on the Carbon Pro Bed. I could not find a video online specific for this cover on the GMC Carbon Pro Bed, so I had to rely on the written instruction which are not great. Installation on the Carbon Pro Bed requires you to drill holes in your side rail covers to attach some metal rails for the clamps. It's a nerve racking experience drilling holes in your brand new truck. Tip for everyone else, make sure you put downward pressure on the plastic side rail covers when you drill the holes. Otherwise, they will not align correctly with the U clamps. I figured this out the hard way.
Delivered to the wrong address.
This is the second one of these I have purchased. Fairly easy to install, but it takes a second set of hands to lift it into the truck. This one came with a dent in the case that the freight company did, but RealTruck made it right, and it is working great.
Ordered this and was told they were out of stock after the purchase. Had to work through a refund. Very frustrating. Web site should say "item unavailable" or "currently out of stock. " Couldn't get one from their factory either.
