Family joke
The razor was not sharp, so I requested either instructions on how to sharpen it or a replacement. Customer service was very accommodating and sent a replacement. Unfortunately, it was as dull as the first one. I reached out to customer service again for assistance and never got a reply. What was supposed to be a special gift for my son turned out to be an expensive family joke.
