My dentist recommended this product to me for reducing the chance of getting cavities. I apply it at night before bed with my fingers, letting it sit on my teeth overnight. I haven't noticed any difference in the smell of my breath but I do prefer the mint flavor of this product. It's not overly minty like a standard toothpaste though so it's easy to use and doesn't irritate my mouth overnight. If my dentist recommends it, I'm more than willing to purchase this product and use it to keep me out of the dentist's office for any unwanted cavities!

This is a wonderful product for people with receding or sensitive gums. And it seems to last forever and is a little cheaper this way than buying it from your dentist.

The tube is sooooo small!!! It's like a travel size. It is very expensive! However, it does help with sensitivity issues.
