Item received is NOT what I purchased.
Item received is NOT what I purchased. I purchased GC MI paste plus, but was sent GC Tooth Mousse plus. The MI paste has more fluoride and is what i wanted. The ingredients between the two types are different. It is very annoying to wait a month for shipping to have received the wrong thing.

Shipped in a paper bag, box was crushed
Per title. The product is fine, and since my local dentist will no longer sell this toothpaste they themselves prescribe, this is the only way I can get it. But rather than being shipped in a box like it should be, it was shipped in a paper bag, resulting in the packaging being crushed and the tube of toothpaste being pinched. It would have cost no more to ship it in a little cardboard box like any sane human would have done, thereby protecting the merchandise from damage.
