I was hesitant about getting a smart lock. However, this one comes with to many options, its fail-proof. Can be powered by battery or charged. And the best thing for me is that it comes with a key.

I like it that it could also use key when my mother is here, she likes the "traditional" way to open the door. It looks very nice, modern and sharp.

We moved to a new house and wanted a lock that had app control. This one was perfect. It can be app controlled or fingerprint or keypad or a key. Crazy! Love the nice finish too. Looks a lot better than the lock they had before. Sturdy too and doesn't feel clumsy so not really worried about the protection. Highly recommend!

This smart wifi door lock is awesome and super secure. First of all, this lock is super easy to install. Not only that, but what I noticed right away is that this lock is not only waterproof, but also customizable. I also like that I can easily access my records and set over 100 passwords. All in all, this door lock really lives up to my expectations. I love this smart wifi door lock. Definitely recommend.

I like my first smart lock, and it has exceeded my expectations. The battery-operated system makes it hassle-free, and the installation process was a breeze. Moreover, its range is quite impressive. I especially love the convenience of remote control via the app. Additionally, the two IC cards provided have already proven to be very useful.

This is a great affordable smart door lock. It has an auto locking feature that you can pre configure the time for. you can add many fingerprints to the device. the instructions for this can be improved. Essentially, you have to set up like this: Set the administrator password and set fingerprint. and then set the door side that it opens. Only after you set the password can you set up wifi. For the app, i used smart life. you can unlock when requested at the door, which is. a great, secure feature, in my opinion. you can't unlock remotely. If that were possible, i would be considered about security. From the app, you can create temp codes that people can use to open the door. When installing, please note the hole position on your door. You may have to extend the key area to fit the panel. The biggest hurdle that i had was with setting up the password once that got sorted. Everything else just worked fine. The seller was helpful in guiding the password process. Overall, i am happy with the product and would recommend it.

the set up instructions are very hard to understand and follow.

Installed lock on my door which was straight forward with no problems. After installation, manually works well but instructions are terrible and I can't make heads or tails of them. A review I read basically said same thing but also said the seller was very helpful which ended in good result. I contacted the seller and have heard nothing. The lock is probably okay, I will return this one and maybe try another seller on ebay.
