I don't know how well this works. I lost the instructions so i gave it 5 stars because i know it would work well. All my other remotes did.

So I have four TVs at home and I hate looking for the "right" remote each time I want to watch a movie or a show on TV! This remote was easy as ever to program and it worked on all four TVs!! I will never look at remotes the same after this! Must go buy now and hook up all your devices on it!

I had lost the remote for my tv and i programed this one gor my tv and it worked perfect!! I also can program thia to my dvd player.it is very light weight and easy to use .i recommended this to my parents for their tv and they went and bought one my sister needed a remote for her tv and i showed her and she went and bought one to. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are using this remote in our living room, for out TV, sound bar and Blu Ray player. It was very easy to set all of them up to the buttons. It's easy enough to use that my kids can even use it. I love the ease of having everything controlled in one remote instead of having three different ones to keep up with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This GE remote control has very impressive design. It's lightweight and the keys are sensitive to touch. It functions very well, I can easily change from one channel to another. The back button is also so helpful. It's very easy to install. We are using it and have been enjoying it. I highly recommend it.

It is the first universal remote that I have gotten that will control everything that I have in the house from tv's to receivers, to cable box, to my smart tv. ...it does it all. The basic functions, plus most of the rest, are there and work intuitively as you would expect them to. It pretty much mimics the individual remotes for the items. So, why am I not using this in my family room? well...it is the one feature that it does not have...voice search or input. My cable remote has it, my smart tv has it, and I have really grown to like using this option. So I have taken to using this remote in the movie room, where this feature was never an option and it works better than I could have imagined.

The instructions are very clear and it has multiple ways to connect, so little information about your devices is needed. Easy to navigate with a nice button layout. Has a nice sleek look and is super lightweight. Really reliable remote for the whole family.

Functionally, this remote worked until I noticed the batteries completely drained after a few weeks. I went through this a few months with fresh batteries each time getting depleted. The remote isn't used frequently so there's something about it that is constantly drawing power.

Stopped working 2 months after purchase. I barely used it.
