I'm now able to control all the features on my tv without any troubles. I did have to get used to the shift control for various settings. Overall I like this remote.

It is super convenient and ergonomically designed. Some of the features include 4 device configuration, menu navigation, advance DVR functions, dot button for sub-channel access, preprogrammed for Samsung T.V., media streaming for Roku, Apple T.V, and more etc. I highly recommend this product to the general public.

It was easy to hold on to or grip because of it's contour design. It's light weight and has buttons that stick out enough so I can feel them with my arthritic hands. I decided to get another for my other TV because it was so easy to use and the buttons are easy to feel. I didn't expect this feature to be so helpful. Bonus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GE 4-Device Universal Remote requires two AAA batteries that are not included. The enclosed instructions are a must in programming the remote. I found the QR code that takes you to the website to view step by step instructionsthe most helpful. The remote it's self is light weight and fits in the palm of my hand. Some of the functions require the ‘shift' button to operate. Otherwise it works great on my Vizio TV.

This is good in that it does not take up a lot of space and is easy to hold, but the buttons and the labels are small too. There is no back light. I like that it has a dot button so you can directly input HD sub-channels It is nice that it can control up to four devices but, as the packaging says, it does not support FireTV, Fire Stick or Roku stick It is pretty straightforward to program. I like that you can choose a device for the master volume control. I also like that you can get the codes currently in use from the remote itself. Figuring out which buttons to use can be a little challenging- on my DVD player I needed to hit the shift button and then the arrow button to navigate the menu.
