GE 4-Device Universal TV Remote Control in Brushed Silver, 33709

Purchased this remote as a replacement for a Samsung remote. Needed to replace the Samsung remote because it was too difficult for my 84 year old mom to operate. This remote is much more user friendly and helps mom navigate through the channels much easier.

I have an older TV and this remote is perfect. This GE is the second remote I bought, (the first one lasted over 6 years). The purchase amount for this little gem is second to none. Just install the batteries, look up your TV in the instruction manual and plug in the code and your good. The entire setup is simple and took me less the 2 minutes. This remote will last for years, well made.

Works perfect with an ONN Roku TV as well as my antenna. I can actually type in the channel number without having to scroll up or down like I had to do for years with the Roku remote. Make sure you type in the dot on the remote for sub-channels (example 5.1). Thanks GE!

This remote is awesome for the price! I bought an old Sylvania CRT tv(manufactured in 2005) for retro gaming and needed a remote. Bought this, came with a huge list of codes for every tv you can think of, and when I typed in the first code, it worked. Couldn't ask for a better remote! Ecstatic with this purchase!

I have 2 of these remotes and plan to get another for when I lose one. The directions were easy to follow and the setup was successful. I have only programmed the tv button though, so I do not know if the cbl, dvd, and aux buttons are just as easy to program. I also like that it is long and slender, easy to grip. The price is great for this.

I cancelled my cable so I needed a universal remote. I read several reviews on other products but many didn't get good ratings. It was recommended to buy a brand name product %26 GE is definitely a brand I trust. The instructions on how to program it were very clear %26 easy. I have a Hitachi TV (about 7 years old) but I used the 1st code listed for Hitachi %26 it works great. It did stop working after about 2 weeks, my sister recommended reprogramming it %26 that did the trick.

I can only recommend this with caveats. The buttons on this are very tiny. I had read reviews before I purchased it, and they were mostly positive. However, for me the buttons were too small and Awkwardly placed at bottom of remote. That made it difficult for me to have to punch a button near top and bottom simultaneously- such as when programming the remote or trying to switch to streaming from cable. That said, it may not be a problem for a lot of people. There's a bit of arthritis in my hand, so maybe that is my issue. Just a heads up to others with larger hands or arthritis. The remote is very streamlined and lightweight. I just recommend people choose wisely for their hand dexterity. Otherwise remote is nice looking and quite small compared to other remotes I have

the ok button did not work, tried resetting it, tried on different tvs, changes the batteries. nothing, the ok button (main button on the remote) just did not work. i could have just gotten a bad remote, so it might good i just might have got unlucky.

I received the remote the exactly like the one i had, the same (identical) remote. But it didn't work at all, the reason I'm posting now is because i had an emergency out of the states that needed my attention. I came back in town actually on this past Friday and 4got I purchase this remote. I know that i probably won't receive a refund but can i get a credit on my debit card? Please let me know. Thank you

Bought this for a 75" Hisense smart tv. I chuckled through all of the codes and was able to turn the tv off and on, but none other buttons would work. I went through the process three times to make sure it wasn't just me. Thankfully, it wasn't too much of a waste of money.
