an apology
ac unit received damaged. i thought it had been put in the box in this condition but when i returned the ac unit to the box i saw damage to the cardboard exactly where the fins had been pushed in and flattened. so i want to correct an earlier review that took the vendor to task for putting a damaged unit in the box. my sincere apology to appliance planet.

The AC is good, but delivery was terrible.
The AC works fine, it was the service that was terrible. The delivery person did not follow instructions that I wrote down. When I got a email that said package was delivered, I looked around my place, with no package in sight, the picture that was given was grainy. It was delivered to wrong address and I had to hull it over by myself.

Not what I ordered per description.
The unit advertised is not what I received. It states in the description it is remote controlled. The only reason I paid more for the unit. And this unit is for a defective GE unit that was under warranty.
