GE® 6,000 BTU Electronic Window Air Conditioner, For Small Room, AWFS06BWL, White, 250 sq ft

This product is exactly what I was looking for in the puerto rican jungle. Is keeping me very cool

We like this unit, it cools our 12x13 quite well and the economy setting helps with not getting to cold in room.

I bought 4 of these 2 for my home and then 2 for both of my grandkids. They work perfect And does keep cooling in this insane heat we have been having

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has always kept all of the area it cools very nice and comfortable we are very pleased and would recommend this product to anyone

I purchased this AC unit because I need a quick fix due to my ac unit going out. It cooled my room quickly. The price wasn't bad either. It may be loud to some people but it didn't bother me one bit.

I've used GE products all of my life and this one is no different. This air conditioner is everything I've come to expect from GE, and I like this window unit and it performs great. Thank you GE for all the years of great products and the proof I have is a GE deep freezer that my Dad bought in 1978 that I'm using today that still works just fine.

Easy to install and easily understood controls on this model of room air conditioner . Not too heavy and perfect for a small space. Comes with foam strips and accordion installation sides with all brackets needed for installing in vinyl or wood window.

Good working a/c for the size room that it's rated for. Display and markings are tiny and hard to read though. The wifi feature / app is not necessary or justifiable - just adds to the cost and is a silly marketing tool. Not impressed.

I have an older version of this model as well and the installation process and parts made my installation a lot smoother. But I did have to invest in some additional insulation as there are some gaps (understandable). This unit was a bit more expensive than I had hoped. Reliable nonetheless.

Not as expected, however, will suffice for the area of the house where it is needed the most. A bit too noisy and unable to adjust the volume of the noise with any adjustment.
