I couldn't be happier with the GE® ENERGY STAR® 7.8 cu. ft. Capacity Smart Front Load Gas Dryer. The large capacity is a game changer—I can easily dry bulky loads like comforters and towels in one cycle, which saves me a ton of time. What really stands out is how efficient and powerful it is. This Dryer is exactly what we were looking for when we upgraded from our recent set. We got the washer to go with it and this set is perfect! There are so many settings and and features that make this dryer so far the best one we have had yet. It can hold a king size bed set comfortably and the cycle times can be adjusted to your needs depending on what you are needing. So if you only need a little dry you can set to 10 minutes yourself or one of the featured settings.

I've owned an LG and Samsung front-load set over the past 6 years, needless to say I have been very disappointed with both. We purchased the GE set and over the past 4 weeks we have been very happy with the GE's performance, capacity of the dryer, and the easy features it displays for use. It also sits a little higher on the pedestal which make it easier for us to remove the clothes from the dryer without having to bend down and reach into the back of the drum! So far, so good!!

Doesn't dry the clothes as well as other gas dryers we've had. Frequently have to turn it back on. Line is clear. The drying sensor doesn't work at all. "Sensing" is says. Well if it was sensing it would know they weren't dry when it stopped. Did have about a 3 week burn in were it smelled burnt but that has gone away.

Purchased a new home decided to purchase all GE products since it is what the builder used for microwave, dishwasher and stove. It was a very poor choice, I was expecting better quality and smart appliances. What I received was an overpriced, average appliances with features that could Smart if you purchase additional parts. Actually, I want to take one of my stars back. I will give it a 2/5 very disappointing with technology being what it is today.

I have had this dyer for 3 months and it takes forever for clothes to dry, I have to run a new cycle at least 3 times before clothes are actually dry. It also makes a loud rattling noise. Do not buy!!!
