I absolutely love my new air conditioner. I had a very very old one in my bedroom and spent a good month trying to find a good one to replace it. I couldn't be happier. It connects to Wi-Fi so I can turn my ac on from my phone when I'm coming home soon and had it off all day. It keeps my room soo nice and cold! It took a couple days to really get going but it was nice and cool but it wasn't cold but after a few days it's so nice.def an excellent air conditioner! 1000% recommend! Also comes with a remote.

We live in a 200 year old brick farmhouse. We have radiators for heat. No vents, so central air is not an option. We've used window ACs for years. This year we purchased a new air conditioner for upstairs. What a pleasure it was to installed a newer, sleek, lighter machine in our upstairs Your machine is quiet, efficient & powerful Controls are easy to operate, installation was a breeze, and it has great energy saving options

I love it when I first first got it but within a good year to it just started to blow warm air I cleaned it out I did my best on maintenance with it but this still does the same thing so I would rate it two and a half stars but I think it deserves three

Did not receive the air conditioner I paid for . Sent the wrong unit 😡😡

Used it for less than a month the first summer I had it. Main control board went out prior to using it for the second summer, which just so happened to be past the one year warranty. Good luck trying to find replacement parts. I should have looked up how many people were issues with this model.

If you want to buy this air conditioner be aware, there are no parts available to fix this air conditioner. I had the same exact one that ran perfectly until I had a power surge, that rendered my air conditioner useless, and the parts aren't available to even fix it. "buyer beware"!!!!

it blows water into my house. i contacted GE and their telling me the numbers in the side of the ac unit are invalid. whatever happened to customer service. i want to return it

Bought this in June 2023. Used very little that summer. Took it out for the winter. Put it in window June 2024. Did not work. Having a one year warranty, it was replaced. June 2025 after being in storage, again it did not work. Frustrating indeed!!! I'm told that they have had issues with this model.
