Wonderful Air Conditioner
I live in an apartment with 56 units . The only allow this GE Model as it fits in a sleeve. This is my second one as the first one couldn't handle the extreme heat from a Boiler Room directly under part of my apartment. This AC has helped with my health immensely

Great AC
The eco feature is great. It's exactly what I need. It cycles on and off and keeps the temperature without running constantly. It cools my rooms efficiently and is not very loud. It's very sleek and low profile. I'm happy with this purchase, except for the 2 missing security brackets. I'm trying to get those replaced.

Nice features
The product works perfectly. It exceeded expectations. Thank you, GE. The noise is very low. It is easy to install with excellent cooling capacity and has low energy consumption.

Fantastic product!
The air conditioner is very quiet and keeps the room very cool. It has a setting to remove the humidity from the room. The installer recommended that setting and it works so efficiently.

Great AC to beat the heat
We installed thus new GE air conditioning unit about a week ago, and so far it's great! Install was easy, and we love having the remote.

Easy replacement of an older unit
I like the updated look and the white really stands out. It also fit perfectly in the existing wall sleeve.

Works fine but screen cover hard to remove
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cools fine but the cover to clean the screen is difficult to remove as you have to pull from the sides and this unit sits in a tight space. It's the only model that fits for our condo unit. GE - please reconsider the design dor future models to make it easy to clean the screen.

Defective -twice
GE warranty department sent me this unit to replace a slightly different model that died before it was even 2 years old. The compressor didn't work on their replacement. After weeks of back and forth with warranty, they sent ANOTHER DEFECTIVE unit. I've been with our AC since early June and this is obnoxious. Don't buy.
