Super efficient
The air conditioners fit exactly the area that I needed them for and cool extremely well for my large bedroom and very large downstairs space. I am super happy with them both.

I really like this unit on the whole. It is difficult, however, to remove the front section in order to clean the filter. Very efficient

Barely keeps my space cool
I had an older a/c that I wish my apartment complex would have left, instead they replaced them with new ones. Newer models NEVER work as good as the old work horses.

Poor Quality
Air conditioner is very noisy and cool features do not work well. If you put it on “sleep” mode, (although there is a little less noise), it continually increases the temperature while you sleep so you wake up sweating! The only reason I didn't return it is because it be is only GE that fits my wall sleeve although it's shape doesn't fit as perfect as the old ones. It's a bit too big so it had to be caulked to fit!
