Holds all size loads for my purposes. I'd like an alarm or something to indicate to me when I could add fabric softener or alternative. The cycles available are adequate for our needs. Machine is more quiet than previous one. Our laundry is clean as expected.

We needed to replace a front loader and knew we wanted a straightforward-to-use top loader. The washer is not loud, has status light and controls are easy to understand. We were not looking for a bunch of bells and whistles, and this washer hit the mark. We purchased this about a month ago.

The wash cycle is noisier than the old one but seems to get finished faster- which I like! Plenty of capacity for even my king-sized blankets, not sure about a king size comforter but overall, more room than I had before. More controls than I will probably use but it's nice to have lots of options!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall size is smaller than my previous sets. However, the capacity of both units are actually larger than my previous units. The noise is minimal and smooth to the ear. Very pleased with my purchase thus far!

The capacity and drum size of this machine is a lot bigger than my 18 yr old Kenmore. And it's way more efficient! I like the option to let it choose the water level. Only downside that I need to get used to is putting all my clothes AND detergent in at one time! For my old machine, I would start the machine and let it fill with some water while I added detergent and THEN the clothes.

This is a very nice, simple machine. Glad it doesn't have so many bells and whistles as other machines I looked at. I like that I can control the water level and increase the amount of water if needed. It does a good job getting things clean. It took me awhile to learn to use the "Bulky' setting with sheets so that the machine didn't end up going out of balance on the spin cycle. I wish it had a cycle designated "permanent press"

I like the different cycles you can pick from. It not loud. I feel my clothes our really clean. It also made me divide my laundry different due to the different cycles. For ex there is an activewear which allows me to have a load for just my workout clothes. I can also was my king size comforter!! That is a big plus for me.

This washer is a waste of money, we are soo sorry we purchased it. The 1st month the rinsing cycles were getting stuck periodically, 3 months later every load gets stuck in SPIN mode, until i reset the washer & start all over. Frustrating to buy a new washer that does NOT function properly. Poorly made product.

Would give a zero if I could. Have not had this washer a month, and already having to schedule a service. When we started using it I noticed it was louder than our last washer, the drum was seemed looser also. Also, after each wash there would be an abnormal amount of water leftover. Three weeks in and the drum got even louder, now making the loudest thumping noise and moving around, gave both of my dogs anxiety.
