[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the large capacity drum. The controls are easy to start the washer. The cycles are much faster then my previous washer. The washer is at times noisy especially when washing blankets and pillows. My clothes come out clean and smelling good unlike my front load washer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's only been about 2 weeks, but I love the new washer and have used it daily. It has a large capacity, it's easy to use, and does a great job on heavy loads. Everything comes out super clean and it provides more water that my old washer, even if I don't select the deep fill option, which works great! I should have bought this before old one sprung a leak!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just received this washing machine this week and we used it and the electronic features on it are outstanding and the fact that it has Wi-Fi to speak to the dryer that's compatible with it is fantastic the see-through window on the washer is beautiful to see ! It's a very modern looking washer and very easy to select programs needed for each cycle and the dispenser for the detergents and the softeners are one of the reasons that we purchased this because it's so convenient thank you so much for the thoughtful design !
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 teenage foster sons having a larger capacity machine reduces the number of loads I do every week. Very easy to understand simple to adjust the settings. Very quiet even in the spin cycle. Cleans my dirtiest loads to perfection.
This is my second GE open washer i abosolutly love it . My first one was a GE Profile loved it do not have nothimg bad to say about either one of them. Great performamce get your cloths super clean . Just make sure ro plug i to a surge protector.i only had my other one few years it had been thru my lights flickering going out. Ext.but the last thunserstorm and lighting fried my contol panle on the waaher so i just bought another one .this time its hook to a protector
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The profile looks nice and seems to wash well so far. My only complaint is that I would like the normal wash setting to be able to utilize the “deep fill” setting as there is not always enough water to cover the clothes based on how dirty they are.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the washer. It cleans well. Somewhat loud but that doesn't really bother me. The main thing I dislike and I'm not sure if it's a setting, glitch or standard but every time I open the lid the controls come on even if it done with the cycle so I have to turn it off. The capacity is good for the two of us and I can reach the bottom somewhat easily at 5'2” bc the drum will turn. I like the annoying app letting me know the cycle is done. I do not need to be reminded again after 30 min that I still have clothes in the washer! I know I can turn that part off.
I had a GE profile washer and dryer for over 15 years. This new washer is so much more cheaply made. It has so much that is not as good or strong as the other one I had. I know it won't last 15 years. I got one delivered and it wouldn't work at all. They delivered another 2 days later and it does work but just not what I expected.
To little water is used, clothes do not get clean with such little water being used. if you use deep fill setting way to much water is used, there is no in between setting, I have tried them all and the downloadable ones as well. having to wash things twice because they will not come out clean. controls are easy to use, a little louder than my old water wasting machine. would recommend if you dont have clothes that dont really get dirty or if you want to save the most water.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've already had to have a part replaced that was going out. We've only had the washer for a month or so and already have had a tech out to work on a part that went out. Worried about how long it will last. Hopeful that it will be fine longterm because it does the job.
