This device does it's purpose! I have the C by GE full color bulbs throughout my home and recently bought an Alexa device. This smart plug bridged my light bulbs, bulbs without direct connect, to work with Alexa. I have a box fan hooked to it, so the fan comes on upon command via Alexa! Convenient Right! Nice sleek design, 5 stars!

Good to have!
I liked this light after I set it up. I could not set it up thru their AP and was going to return it. But then went to the Google Home ap and it set up quickly (about 1 minute) using my Google Home AP. I can now randomly turn the lights on and off at my summer home. I purchased it on clearance for $4. Good deal!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a lamp that we use at night and I have lost count of how many times we accidentally leave it on. This smart plug has been a life saver! It was the perfect solution we didn't even know we needed. I love the automatic on/off feature!

Amazing

Great Range for a Smart Plug
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the GE C Start ON OFF smart plug to control the lamp we leave on downstairs for when one of our nearly grown teens are coming in late. I have it set to go off when the google home detects the alarm is set. So far no issues. We also have the other brand of smart device and they are always messing up so I'm very pleased. I'd love to equip the whole house

Great product
I love this product. Used it to set my space heater to shut off when I leave the house and back on before I get home. Setting up a schedule was a little confusing but not too bad.

wish it worked better
Had trouble connecting 3 out of 4 returned all will be using different brand. Bummer because I love the bulbs

do N O T buy unless you already stand by a traditional wall switch and it takes 4 full min to switch on and off. this app is pure trash and never finds the device on the network until the 4th time of searching. yes, that is EACH time you want to turn it off or on. pure worthless misery.
