I replaced an existing garbage disposal and chose this model because it was identical to my previous one. I had no problem removing the old one and installing this one using the provided directions. I live alone so the smaller size is perfect for my needs.

I replaced this GFC325N with my 18 years old GFC525V, because they have the exact dimension. Even though the power is 1/3 HP vs 1/2 HP, it works fine for me. I usually don't put too much garbage in my garbage disposal.

So far so good. Free 1 day shipping is great. Pretty easy install instructions. Tip: watch a you tube video first to see what to expect. Hopefully this unit will last longer than the Badger one I brought. That only lasted less than 2 years.

Very easy to install however it was very hard to twist the ring onto the disposall to secure it. No leaks. Will try to tighten the ring after some use.

Great price. Difficult to install but the instructions are clear and complete. Support after installation appears to be marginal since it depends on compression of the gasket.

It was the exact replacement for the previous model number that I took out. It was half the price of HD and Lowes so I was worried it was a refurb, but it does not say that anywhere on the website or on the box and has the 1 year warranty. The rubber gasket on the SS sink leaked so I took it out and put in plumbers putty and now it is OK so start with the plumbers putty as it is tried and true. The quality of the product is only time will tell as it was just put in.
