Excellent appliance. Installation took about 30 minutes by the handyman supplied by Walmart through Angi. I like that Walmart offers a handyman service. well i like that it is a 10000 Btu air conditioner. i dont like how loud it is. i just had it install yesterday i am impress by how cold it got in the room i put it in i had to cut it up to 73 or more it very hot where i live we had heat advisory last week and it a advisvory for today so for so good. with me just installing it yesterday i cant say much about how it works but it looks good i like that it has wifi and a remote control and the air is cold. That it for now you all really should give people at least a month before asking for a review so you and other can get the real details about how it really works.

Yes, the box was damaged and when I opened, it shows the air-conditioning it's got bent to bars so I would like a little discount or I'm gonna return it one of the other and I can't send the pictures cause I don't know how so let me know what's going on, please thank you very much. Have a nice day

Product doesn't cool my bedroom only goes to 64 degrees
