I love this unit! I have it in my bedroom and it gets super cold in here. 100% satusfied

Really had second thoughts after buying because it's not a 220v, but it worked like a champ, cooling down my 700 s.f. Living room and kitchen, Blows ICE COLD! Also love the Wi-fi Comfort App, don't have to touch it except to clean the filter. I LOVE IT!!

We had a seven day heat wave and my home was kept very comfortable only had the setting at high cool for 8 hours and then kept the setting at medium cool the rest of time.

Great sir conditioner, but installation in my metal barn window required custom brackets and mods to the window.

I'm not sure because I have Had this air conditioner for may be 2 weeks and it the way it cools sometimes other times is ok but I'm real reason for the score is that is doesn't go lower than 73 but it has to go as low as 64 but there is no way to force to go that low idk if it should be doing that as normal or it's defective

MOLD- the ac has developed mold as many do but it is nearly impossible to clean and even though this should last me easily another 5 years it's so blown out I am going to have to buy a different brand. They really need to consider that mold growth is going to happen and design these units in a way where you can easily break down and remove the compressor/electrical part to get into and soak/submerge the other parts. I now have severe headaches and more from the constant battle to try to clean which takes 4 hrs and doesn't even get everything. If someone finally redesigns these I hope they take into account a way to remove the parts while the unit is installed for mid season cleaning. Installation- HEAVYYYY … I understand they are naturally heavy and bulky but when I need a certain size to actually cool my apartment I literally can barely move this alone and absolutely can't install alone, which is tough as I live alone so I need to hire someone. It would be nice if I'm the Modern day plastic filled world we could use lighter weight but equally sturdy materials like plastics to keep the weight manageable considering how awkwardly large they are. Also for my outdoor pots metal rusts out way faster than my plastic pots crack so whyyy are we using metal?! Bugs- Please consider designing these to keep bugs from so easily accessing the inside and building spider /hornet nests etc. Several times now I have had to battle this problem and again if I could easily take it apart to clean but I just have to use awkward tools none of which properly clean the unit hope for the best and usually just wait and deal w the bugs as they shoot out the ac for weeks. They're so big a mouse can get in. COOLING - 5/5 this ac is a beast and going strong despite the salty air rusty out the back and despite the mold being cranked full steam into my lungs Noise- it's pretty loud but mostly you get used to it, although after a few years it's more noticeable as it it's not a consistent sound. Overall it works well but gooooood luck cleaning it! Such a nightmare honestly please please companies pleaaaase switch to plastic or at least make the front and back removable while installed to properly clean these. I've been so sick from my mold allergy and this but I guess it's that or heatstroke so.. :/

Does not perform well, 4 months I to owning this the panel started beeping. Couldn't get any response when pushing the panel buttons. Very frustrating for a 500 dollar unit.

I have had my GE air conditioner for less than a month and it's already needing repair. I do not recommend GE air conditioners at all!!!!
