I am very happy with my new refrigerator. I had a different brand before but now all my appliances in the kitchen are GE. I LOVE IT because more compartments and spacious! You can also leave the cup in the water dispenser while you fill it up. My old doesn't have this feature. Also, I like the light when you open the door its bright!

This being my second GE side by side It attest to the quality and longevity. My first one prior to this was hauled off after 18 years service still cold only issue ever...... changing the bulbs that burned out. Hopefully GE continued its integrity by the looks of this one I would say so. Incidentally the ice machine never failed so I was very happy to see the same ice maker design. The LED lighting totally resolves my bulb changing days. I'm sure it will start to rattle and hum down the road but if I get another 18 years it will be worth it!

The fridge is cooling wonderfullly and very quiet. Love everything about it.

Excellent service. It's the right size & it is working well. It is very room & bigger than my other fridge. it holds more food & the drawers are deeper.

The refrigerator is nice but is not up to the same quality of the same model number I have owned for the past 6-7 years. Looks cheaper in workmanship and above all, is missing the middle close in compartment that I enjoyed putting lunch meat and accessories in. Was somewhat disappointed and I hope this one last longer than my older better made version.

The ice and water in the door is poorly configured. It only fits the smallest bottles and glasses. If you tilt the bottle’s mouth, water and ice falls all over the floor. The refrigerator door is difficult to open and keep open, especially for me in my wheelchair. The tiny shelves are set back too far for me to reach.

Had it for about one week and it has stopped working

My frustration with this product is beyond words. When we bought our new home four years ago, we purchased this appliance brand new. We also signed up for warranty coverage, only to find out it was limited to one year. The ice maker started producing ice cubes with particles in them, so we stopped using it. Now the freezer has stopped freezing—it only keeps things cool like a refrigerator—and we've lost all the food inside. We spent a lot of money on this appliance, and our family of six depends on it. I've reached out to several people for advice, and they've all raised concerns about its quality. Everyone keeps telling us it would be better to buy a new one than to repair it. It's incredibly frustrating to face the cost of replacing an appliance after just four years, on top of losing so much food. We expected better quality and reliability for the money we spent.

Only had frig for 3 years and the freezer went up. It will constantly go up to 15 degrees for a day then go back to set temp. Weve had appliance guy out twice and spent 400 and still doing same.

I ordered my refrigerator 3 years ago January 2023, it took them three times and after getting the third refrigerator this one seemed to work.now 3 years later the refrigerator is dead. the repairman said the coils are shot. I ordered another refrigerator the new refrigerator is being delivered on Tuesday the 24th . 5 days with no refrigerator. as a consumer with many GE products in my home very disappointed.could someone please contact me with ideas and how I'm going to get some of my money back it's not fair to the consumer.thank you for taking the time to read this
