it is very difficult to remove and also to make that last turn to install. Even for a male helper, he needed to have the aid of a plyers to install. For someone with arthritic hands, it is impossible without using plyers or maybe not be able to install or remove, period! Other than that it does a good job at purifying the water. I like the taste of my refrigerator water so much better than the from the tap.

Great price so I ordered the product, two filters....arrived the very next day ....wow!!! Both filter boxes were opened, one filter had foil wrap on top missing , the second filter had foil wrap peeled back......what a disappointment....returned them to store....they took them back no problem.....just a waste of time...really wish they arrived in good condition.....oh well
